Karl has a lifetime of experience and education in the inspection
& construction fields, including a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from the University of Wisconsin –
Stout.
He has been a licensed Truth in Housing Evaluator / Home Buyer Inspector since 1994.
Karl also
meets the requirements for membership of the Minnesota Society of Housing Inspectors & American Society of Home
Inspectors.
Karl has been awarded the designation of ASHI Certified Inspector by meeting the nationally recognized
requirements through completion of the NCCA accredited certification program, field experience and education.
